- Methods of work and customer care / topics: - we offer more than 50 accredited courses concerning this area. This is our largest set of accredited courses, because your requirements revealed the need to deepen the knowledge and skills in the customer care (e.g. customer handling exercises, stimulation methods, art therapy or reminiscence therapy).
- Courses in communication skills in social services / topics: - the area of communication skills includes nearly 30 courses for social services employees. They offer solutions to problems of professional communication within social services, techniques of communication with clients who are unable to communicate or the assertiveness and conflicts solutions techniques.
- Personal development / topics – courses designed to help employees to develop the awareness of their “self” through techniques focused on self-reflection, self-knowledge, emotions management, mental hygiene, and burnout prevention.
- Managerial skills of social facilities’ leading employees / topics – this is an area aimed at managers of social services. It develops the basic managerial skills such as coaching, time management, team building and the use of other modern methods.
- Legislation in social services field / topics – these are the courses on topics, which are the pillars of the social services field. They relate to both the legislation standards and inspection.
