PROJECT "INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER OF GOOD PRACTICES IN CASE OF SOCIAL SERVICES ORGANISATIONS" The main grounds for making this project is persistant need of vocational skills escalation of our employees in social services what is underlie on specific needs of users of these organizations. The translatur and herewith the coordinator of project is educational and conselling institution PROFIMA EFFECTIVE, Ltd. Where specialized team works in social field for many years. The PROFIMA EFFECTIVE, Ltd.is accredited by MPSV CR for further education by law no.108/206 about social services for realizing educational programs with national force ( no. 2007/115-I ). The project participant are ether PROFIME EFFECTIVE employees profiled in social area or employees of institutions chat providing social care and counselling for fathers, physically or mentoly handicapped person and person suffering from demetia, too. In the concrete connecting are these organizations: Centrum sociálních služeb Tišnov, Český červený kříž Brno, Domov pro seniory Jevišovice, Lumina o.s., Sociální služby města Bojkovice, Sociální služby města Karviná, Zdislava Veselí o.p.s., Domov důchodců Božice, Náš svět Pržno, Sociální služby Šternberk, Hrádek, domov pro osoby se zdravotním postižením, p.o. A target group what the project is focusing on is forming by directors, leader sof social institution and employees of PROFIMA EFFECTIVE, Ltd. for social area. They are responsible to counselling, realizing and preparing for educational courses in social sphere. The main point of project os innovation approach transmition in the international composition, experience changing, vocational and practical skills escalation. Another aim is rating the motivation to special and languge education. By means of weekly intership in partners institution in Germany, Austria, Holland, Slovak participants could Compare different access in the same area in abroad, get to know new methods and Compare social systems. Changing theoretical and practical experiences with colleagues in abroad and last not least improving language skills- that all is a big contribution for connecting institutions. The project is very necessery for participants and its realization is a big motivation for development in qualitee of providing care. The employees of social institutions need to have a possibility to meet new aspects, opinions and approaches to work, especially for making thein own way for providing social services chat eventualy minister to customers satisfaction. |
